For reservation:
30% of house rent fees (+ bank fees)
We shall send you an email asking you to deposit the money on our PAYPAL account
or on our normal bank account.
Full refund including bank charges for cancellation up to One Month prior to date of
arrival. No refund for cancellation less than One Month prior to date of arrival.
Full payment of rental fees One Week before arrival. No
refund for failure to notify regarding cancellation or a no-show.
Deposit:
100 euros deposit paid as guarantee at arrival. Normally refunded at
departure.
